Christian Pulisic yet to speak with Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri

Sky Sports are reporting that the German Giants have tabled a fourth bid of £35 million for the England U19 worldwide, which includes no buy back option - something fellow Bundesliga side RB Leipzig had been prepared to include in any deal.

Hudson-Odoi was named in Chelsea FC's starting line up for Saturday's 2-0 win against Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup third round.

As such, Bayern are said to have been alerted to his situation and have reportedly made several offers for the talented teenager, determined to not miss out on another promising English prospect after seeing Borussia Dortmund sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester City.

Nicolo Barella is the other player on the list for the Blues, however, the report claims that Cagliari are looking for £45m for the 21-year-old and Chelsea are not willing to pay the fee.

Sarri is adamant Chelsea represent a better option for Hudson-Odoi, however, predicting a bright future for him at Stamford Bridge if he stays.

"He has experience. He knows football, I think he had the opportunity to learn in many different changing rooms when he was so young, before, so he brings always a confidence, energy for the team, and then in the pitch he showed that it doesn't matter the game, he's always going to show his qualities. Sad".

Despite having made just 11 senior appearances Bayern see Hudson-Odoi as the ideal replacement for ageing wingers Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery. Of course we have very important players in the same position and I can play with only two wingers.

"The potential is for him becoming a great player and now he has to improve". Their pursuit of Hudson-Odoi has been relentless, however.

Another Chelsea player linked with a departure is Gary Cahill, as the experienced centre-back has only played once all season in the Premier League.
