Time after time, Roman Reigns has failed to recapture the WWE Universal championship from Brock lesnar. No, seriously: according to WWE's preview of the show, there's more MITB qualifiers, plus another Intercontinental Championship match.

Following their wild brawl on this week's edition of Monday Night Raw, "The Big Dog" Roman Reigns chose to send out a warning message to his newest adversary on the brand, "The Modern Day Maharaja" Jinder Mahal. Reigns promises to do what he needs to do to get revenge on Jinder.

Roman goes backstage to find Jinder until he finally does and the two duke it out.

- WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins retained over Kevin Owens in an unbelievable match that went 20 minutes or so. Owens recovers and he drops Owens with a clothesline, Rollins gets Owens in the corner before kicking and stomping away on him. And of course, KO rushed to Kurt Angle to complain that he was robbed yet again. Only Moon and Charlotte Flair (SmackDown Live) have qualified as of now, but more participants can be expected in the Women's MITB ladder match after Raw in London. Big pops for all 4 competitors but Braun was the most over of any Superstar tonight.

- Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre defeated Finn Balor and Braun Strowman. Using his own momentum against him, the former WWE champions focused their efforts on Finn Balor, with Ziggler scoring the winning pin. When you put them together in a feud, it's nearly as if WWE is asking its fans to choose the lesser of two evils with a match expected to take place at the upcoming Money in the Bank event, which is yet to be announced by the company. Angle however, still gave him the chance to be fit and face Bobby Lashley and Elias in a MITB after his impressive show against Chad Gable last Monday.
