Vikings Release 2018 Preseason Schedule

The NFL unveiled its preseason schedule on Wednesday and the Bills exhibition season is potentially full of storylines.

Though they haven't announced plans for joint practices, the Eagles nearly certainly are planning them with either New England or Cleveland leading up to those games.

- The Patriots' first two preseason opponents are the Washington Redskins and Eagles.

Oh, and that Week 3 game is the Fox nationally-televised affair. Kelvin Benjamin and a bunch of other former Panthers players should also be on hand.

The Titans will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Minnesota Vikings at Nissan Stadium in this year's preseason. It's too early to know what Vrabel's philosophy will be for the fourth preseason game, so we don't know how much the starters will play.

They will meet the Steelers at Lincoln Financial Field the week of Aug. 9-13, then will play back-to-back road games at the Patriots Aug. 16-20 and at the Browns Aug. 23.

Denver will play host to the Chicago Bears in week two, visit the Washington Redskins in week three and finish against the Arizona Cardinals in the desert in the final week of preseason. San Francisco is hosting the Cowboys in the preseason for only the second time since 1987.

- New Redskins quarterback Alex Smith will come to town in Week 1.

The Buccaneers have played the Dolphins almost twice as often as their next most frequent preseason opponent, which is unsurprising given their proximity and the relatively rarity of regular-season meetings between the two.

The dates and times of those games have yet to be finalized. The Packers will not play any of their preseason opponents during the regular season.

KFAN 100.3-FM, KTLK 1130-AM and the Vikings Radio Network will broadcast audio of all Vikings preseason and regular-season games.
