Beyond the second season, the great news is that there's already a third season of the show - with that, there are more opportunities for some great stories coming up. The first season of the show covered the first four books, and this new season will be covering the next five - with every two episodes covering one full book.
Season two, which covers books 5 through 9, continues as the Baudelaire children move from a boarding school to a fancy penthouse apartment, a vile village, and a few other depressing and short-lived homes.
