'Real Housewives' star Luann de Lesseps arrested in Palm Beach

Luann de Lesseps released a statement Sunday evening after she was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida, for battery, intoxication and resisting arrest the same day.

"I want to offer my honest apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior", the Bravo cast member wrote. "I am committed to transformative and hopeful 2018". She was allowed to return to NY, but she is due back in a Palm Beach Court on January 26.

RHONY star Luann de Lesseps started out 2017 with an over the top wedding and is ending it with an over the top arrest! According to the Booking Blotter from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office, de Lesseps was arrested on five charges, four of which are felonies.

The state's attorney on the case said the reality TV star slammed a door, kicked a police officer and told people prior to her arrest, "I'm going to kill you all", according to a report in the Palm Beach Post.

Luann De Lesseps is in a bit of trouble.

She will be allowed to return to NY.

During her court appearance overnight, Judge Ted Booras reportedly suggested de Lesseps hire herself a lawyer rather than ignore the charges, adding: "I don't think it would be that hard to find you". They divorced in 2009, and she re-married in 2016 to Tom D'Agostino Jr., sacrificing her noble title. Following the divorce, she moved into a new apartment on the Upper West Side in NYC and is still considered part of the main cast of the Bravo series.

ABC News reached out to a rep for the reality star, but didn't immediately hear back. Eight months later, in August, the two announced their split.
