This will once again cover the King's Row map in snow and holiday decorations, and Blizzard Entertainment has also confirmed that it has given a makeover to the Black Forest map to celebrate the gift-giving holidays. Kaplan didn't want to spoil all the skins, but did reveal that Roadhog and Junkrat will definitely be getting new legendary skins while Hanzo will be getting a "long-awaited" skin that we've "seen before maybe in one of our comics".

There's no word given on exactly when Yeti Hunt and the rest of Winter Wonderland will debut, but last year's event ran from 13 December to 3 January so I'm guessing it will be about the same this time around. We're not sure exactly what time the event will begin as of right now, but previous Overwatch events have began early in the afternoon on the East coast of the US. Making its grand return to close out 2017 is the Overwatch Winter Wonderland event, making a comeback after first appearing for the game right around this time a year ago. In addition to the return of snowball fights and new Brawl called Mei's Yeti Hunt, which a group of Meis against a runaway Winston who needs to be stopped before he gets his super. Once enough Meis-or Winston-are killed, the game is over. In Mei's Yeti Hunt, each Mei will also have a special ice trap ability alongside her usual repertoire. Players are tasked with hunting him down before his rage sets in.
