Misty Spann, 26, got the maximum and was walloped with a 10-year probation for getting hitched to her biological mother.
Patricia and Misty were both arrested on September 12, 2016, after authorities discovered that the two were legally married.
But in 2014 she hit it off with Patricia Spann, 44, and spoke about adopting a child together.
Patricia says she actually did the research herself, and thought that it would be OK since she no longer has the same name as what was printed on Misty's birth certificate.
Patricia pleaded not guilty to the charges related to her marriage to Misty, though her court case will not begin until January because she needs to have surgery before then, reports News OK.

What's perhaps most shocking of all is that this isn't the first time Patricia has been caught in a romantic relationship with one of her children.

After Misty was convinced, the pair married in March past year in Oklahoma. She forced my sister into this, there's a lot of people that now that. The marriage was annulled 15 months later after the son said it was incestuous. "Why would you want to be with one of your own kids?"
Patricia Spann lost custody of Misty and two other children when they were young.
