Sunday weather: Rainy morning, then scattered showers

Temperatures drop a few more degrees Tuesday as a dry cold front moves through the area. South wind 5 to 15 miles per hour.

Overnight: Isolated showers, cloudy, low around 63 with south wind around 8 miles per hour. A higher chance of rain will arrive this weekend, specifically Saturday night.

Sunday Night: Showers and thunderstorms before 1am, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 1am. Chance of precipitation; 90%. The other reliable one (the European) wants the showers on Monday. High pressure will then prevail into late next week. Mostly sunny, with a high near 68. Highs will be in the lower 80s.

Saturday Night: Chance of showers/thunderstorms, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 4 am. Low around 51. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent.

Friday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the upper 70s.Tuesday night will be partly cloudy. Wind: W/SW 10 miles per hour. Partly cloudy, with a low around 45.

"It's going to be mostly clear", said Valeria Meola, a metrologist with the National Weather Service in Mount Holly.
