The pop star rarely veers from her set list during her Piece of Me Las Vegas residency, but she had a point to prove at the weekend following reports she never sings completely live anymore.

"I've been doing a lot of thinking lately, right?"

Earlier this month, Spears found herself in a unsafe situation when a fan rushed the stage at her Las Vegas show.

With that, Spears launched into an unexpected rendition of Raitt's Luck of the Draw hit, with the singer shooting down those lip-syncing accusations with the performance.

Her stunning performance comes almost two months after she publicly defended herself against lip-syncing rumors, saying, "A lot of people think that I don't do live".

'It really p*sses me off because I'm busting my a** out there and singing at the same time.

"A lot of people think that I don't sing live", Spears said in the interview (which can be seen below). "Because I'm dancing so much, um, I do have a little bit of playback, but there's a mixture of my voice and the playback". And nobody ever really gives me credit for it'.

"OH. MY. GOD. I live for Britney's live vocals!"
