It was a touchy-feely love fest when the stars of The CW's teen soap dropped by TVLine's Comic-Con interview suite: Cole Sprouse (Jughead) and Lili Reinhart (Betty) stroked each other's arms from opposite sides of the couch.

One of the many trailers released during Comic-Con in the U.S. over the weekend was that of the second season of Riverdale, with New Zealand star KJ Apa once again taking centre stage.

Good thing we'll have so much more time to get into all the drama this year - as revealed at SDCC, when Riverdale returns to the CW on October 11, it will run for a full season of 22 episodes instead of the 13 it started on last season. The titles of the first five episodes of the upcoming season have already been released.
