'Street Fighter 5' DLC Rumors: Abigail's Arrival Teased

Capcom France has shared an image on Twitter of what appears to be the next stage to be added in the game.

Alex, Ibuki, and Juri are all getting a classic makeover based on their original costumes from Street Fighter III and Street Fighter VI to go along with the classic skins for Ryu and Ken that are already in the game's story mode. This will continue the series' good relationship with Final Fight, as we'll be receiving Abigail, as well as the Final Fight-inspired Metro City Arena, both of which are available on July 25.

There was a leak a while back purporting that Street Fighter V's Season 2 DLC would consist of brand new characters, and one of those characters was Abigail, one of the bosses from the Final Fight series. It's called Metro City Bay Area, and shows Abigail's Scrap Metal yard in the background.

Abigail from "Final Fight" will arrive in "Street Fighter V" on July 25 as the fighting game's newest character.

Street Fighter V is available for PlayStation 4 and PC.

Despite this, they still promised on the official Twitter account for "Street Fighter" that the next DLC character will be revealed during the EVO 2017 "Street Fighter 5" top 8, which begins at tonight, Sunday, at 10 p.m. EDT.

Abigail's Critical Art sees him grab his opponent, stick them up into an imaginary stage ceiling, then use them as a punching bag before smashing them onto the camera.
