Senior AAP leader H.S. Phoolka, a leading campaigner for the rights of the victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, on Saturday made a decision to break ranks with the party and not vote for Congress-led opposition candidate Meira Kumar in the President's election on Monday.

Voting will be held in the Tilak Hall of the assembly between 10 am and 5 pm on 17 July, an official said.
He said Mr Kejriwal and his team misled the people of Delhi on the pretext that they are opposed to the corruption of the Congress and will punish the party's leader for the corruption whose 300 page charge-sheet is with it.
"Congress and the other 16 parties (supporting her) may have different opinions on different subjects, but when it comes to ideology, values and principles, they all became one".
The four-year-old party has 85 MLAs and four MPs, which translate into around 9,000 votes in the electoral college for the presidential election.
