Paul Ince: Mohamed Salah "a great addition" for Liverpool

Former Liverpool and Manchester United midfielder Paul Ince has thrown his weight behind Mohamed Salah to excel at Anfield next season.

According to the Daily Star, Liverpool are still keeping tabs on Meyer, who is playing for Germany at the Under-21 European Championships in Poland. I was watching the games a year ago and everyone was giving 100 per cent to win something.

Now he is back in England with Liverpool, and they said Salah has signed a long-term contract and will officially join on July 1.

'I'm really confident Liverpool can keep moving forward and success can be just around the corner, ' he added.

Ince, who was at Anfield from 1997-99, has hailed the good transfer work done by his former employers and he believes the 25-year-old will become a crucial part of the first team.

Milner is confident that new signing Salah can make an immediate impact in the Liverpool side and feels he will fit into the style of play. I hope to see that together we can give everything to win something for the club, for the supporters and for us.

"That's what you need in our team".

The 25-year-old has enjoyed two excellent seasons at Roma, following a hard spell in the Premier League with Chelsea, and has now been backed to prove his quality at Anfield by his ex-international boss.

Klopp said he had been a fan of the winger since his early days at Basel and believes his experience in Italy will be key for a Liverpool side returning to the Champions League next season. "I watched him play a lot this year at Roma".

There are a number of areas of Liverpool's squad that Jürgen Klopp is looking to strengthen this summer and has already bolstered his attacking lineup with the addition of Mohamed Salah.
