Tom Brady to Design Aston Martin Car in New Partnership

Tom Brady has lent his name and face to another new product, and this time the Patriots quarterback is getting into high-end luxury cars.

Brady has inked a multiyear deal with the British automaker to endorse and drive its model DB 11, which has a starting price of $211,995.

Aston Martin revealed Brady will star in a new content series titled "Category of One", likely a small nod to both Brady's American football talents and Aston Martin's exclusivity. "Proud to announce my new partnership with Ashton Martin". Brady's social media posts said. Thanks to the deal, Brady gets to roll around in a $200,000 Aston Martin DB11. Though Brady may look good behind the wheel, Schwab tells ESPN that it will be hard to tell how much of an impact his million-dollar smile will have on actual sales, given how expensive the cars are to begin with.

Brady's endorsement deal will include future content depicting the quarterback with the auto talking about "what drives him". The NFL icon will be partnering up with Aston Martin to design 12 limited edition Aston Martin DB11s as the vehicle maker gears up for the subsequent release of the DB12.

Aston Martin released a YouTube video teasing the arrival of Brady to their brand back in February, but the deal was not officially announced until Friday.

"Tom is an inspirational leader and athlete who is clearly aligned with our view of Aston Martin", Reichman said in a statement.
