The Moto C range will sit under the Moto E range and will offer a no fills smartphone experience to the budget conscious consumer. These are not Flagships, nor are they extremely capable midrange devices, they are affordable, suitable for those needing a phone but not wanting or needing the bells and whistles. Meanwhile, the Moto E series sits one step above the Moto C lineup, with the phones - the Moto E4 and E4 Plus - likely to retail for under $200.

The Moto C Plus, on the other hand, is said to have "power that moves you".

The slightly beefier Moto C Plus includes a 5-inch, 1280 x 720 panel, a quad-core MediaTek CPU mated to as much as 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage (again, expandable via microSD slot).

The official announcement tells us the regular Moto C will come equipped with a 2,350mAh capacity battery and a 2MP/5MP front and rear camera setup. The front camera is a 2 MP unit with 63-degree field of view and also features an LED flash. The larger phone will also be available in the same Metallic Cherry, Pearl White, Fine Gold, or Starry Black colours. The highlight of the Moto Z2 Force seems to be the dual rear camera setup.

After months of leaks and rumors, Motorola has officially unveiled the all new Moto C and Moto C Plus smartphones. Apparently, the standard Moto E4 will come in with a smaller 5-inch display screen with an HD resolution while the Moto E4 Plus will be a little bigger at 5.5 inches, but keeps the same HD resolution. The Moto C Plus weighs 162 grams and dimensions measure 144×72.3×10 mm.

The Moto C will have price tag of 97 United States dollars which shakes of approximately N38,000 in Nigeria while the C Plus would be sold for 130 USD, about N52,000 with the current exchange rate in Nigeria. The phone offers 1GB of RAM along with 8GB of storage space: the bare minimums, but we don't expect anything more at this price point.
