Clinical KKR beat Sunrisers by 7 wickets to enter Qualifier 2

Mohammed Siraj, an IPL debutant, has emerged as a match victor bowler.

The Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians will be playing at their home Wankhede Stadium and will be keen to avenge two regular season losses to state rivals Pune on Tuesday, with the victor advancing to Sunday's final in Hyderabad.

The victor of Wednesday's match will face the loser of Qualifier 1 between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Rising Supergiant Pune (RSP) on May 19 in the second Qualifier, which will decide the second entrant of the final. Rising Pune Supergiant have already made it to Sunday's final.

David Warner's Sunrisers Hyderabad is in the 3rd position in IPL league matches whereas Gautam Gambhir's Kolkata Knight Riders are in the 4th position in the IPL table.

Instead, Robin Uthappa went out and was dismissed for just one.

Southpaw Shikhar Dhawan has found form too. He did however, practise with his team on Tuesday. And Ashish Nehra has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to an injury. KKR, on the other hand, have Gautam Gambhir and Robin Uthappa in making up their batting line up and all three of them have impressed this season. "So, we make sure that we focus on us and play with the same mindset we have been playing so far", Moody told reporters on the eve of the eliminator. Since the match is played on a common ground, it will be very hard to predict the victor.

After a wait, the rain stopped and the second innings started at 12:55 am IST with the target of 48 in Six overs. Their top two wicket-takers - Chris Woakes (17) and Umesh Yadav (14) - have taken 38.75% of their wickets, the lowest contributions from the top-two bowlers for any team. SRH 25/18:18 pm: Boult manages to restrict SRH to just five runs in the fourth over. Saurabh Tiwary, getting a game for MI yet again (he played for them between 2008 & 2010), ensured the loss of Lendl Simmons didn't affect the team; the left-hander raced away to 25 from 19 balls by the time the powerplay had been completed.

The strongest part about the SRH is the bursting opening pair of David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan. KKR can't believe that the umpire refuses to declare Warner out. He was ably supported by Umesh Yadav (2/21). The crowd is going wild, even though home team Royal Challengers Bangalore is not in contention. But they've not been able to motor on and stitch together a series of wins; they've not been on a series of 3, 4 or 5 wins like some of the other teams which have qualified have done. "I also congratulate all the players who played really well for us". And he picked Manish Pandey to be Rahul from Dil To Pagal Hai as he finds him to be very good looking! As for Raees, well, there is no doubt but it has to be Yusuf Pathan, according to SRK. SRH fans are hoping he'll add significantly to that tally today.
