After CBI, Kapil Mishra takes war against Kejriwal to CBDT

"I file case against Arvind Kejriwal in Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday in connection with conversion of black money to white", the AAP leader said.

Kejriwal said that the people of Delhi should not suffer due to the BJP-led Centre's "enmity" with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government.

Earlier, Mishra submitted documents related to the tanker scam to the ACB, while saying that he also apprised the agency about the misuse of the money by the Delhi government.

He had been on a six-day fast in protest against the AAP's "refusal" to disclose where the money came for the foreign trips of five party leaders.Mishra had also claimed that the AAP had cooked their books, creating 461 bogus entries in the party ledger to allow crores to be trasferred into the party's account from different shell companies. He further said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is corrupted and asked CM to leave failing which he will drag him by neckline to Tihar jail of Delhi.

Kejriwal had previously hosted a similar dinner programme for AAP MLAs and their families, in a bid to "strengthen" the bond between the party MLAs and the leadership.

"With corruption charges haunting him badly soon we may find Kejriwal's wife succeeding him in CM office like Rabri Devi succeeded Lalu Yadav", he added.

Mishra had been on a fast for the past six days in protest against the Aam Aadmi Party's refusal to disclose details of five party leaders' travels overseas. These companies have given Rs. two crore to Kejriwal at 12 a.m.

Mr Kejriwal and AAP say Mr Mishra was sacked because of poor performance, and that his allegations are wild and baseless.
